Q: Anyone having Miscarriage nightmare? Is it normal?

I have 3 kids and never have had miscarriage nightmares. Last night I had a second nightmare about this. It just seemed so real and baby was bigger like the size of my hand. I'm sorry if it sounds graphic but that is what made it seem real cause I would assume that's how big out baby is now :( I just can't stop thinking about it and keep feeling scared and horrible like maybe it has happened and I don't know. OR it's going to happen :( Is it possible that I'm dreaming it because it's true??? Please say no but if someone did have these dreams and it was true I want to really know :( :( I'm 15 weeks 5 days according to early ultrasound.

I had nightmares about it all throughout my first trimester and well into the second. I'm now in my third trimester, about 29 weeks, and everything is fine. All nightmares are, are things we are afraid of. I'm sure everything is just fine =)

During the first few weeks I was terrified of having a missed miscarriage. My OB doesn't do first trimester ultrasounds and I was just worried. I had a couple nightmares that were really graphic and even one where my husband left me and said I deserved it. First off, he would never ever behave that way and second, I am 16 weeks today. I bought a Doppler and listen to the heartbeat everyday I get the chance. I haven't had one of those since, but now I have them about my teeth falling out. (I still have my teeth lol) I think we are so worried that something will happen our subconscious keeps it there for our dreams....and nightmares. I don't think there is anything to worry about as far as dreams go. Just remember too that there is only a small chance of a miscarriage at this point. Try to enjoy the pregnancy and not worry so much. I know it's easier said than done, but I am sure those nightmares mean nothing.
