I found using the nettypot is even better than allergy pills. It doesn't sound pleasant to do but works wonders. You can create your own nettypot using a paper cup, warm water and salt; pour the solution up one nostril as you hold your head to the side over the sink and let it drain out and then blow your nose. Now do the same thing to the other nostril. Do this for 2-3 times a day and you should notice results. Sorry, for being so descriptive but it truly helps!

I take benadryl. I know that is the safest one to take during pregnancy. Second is claritan I believe, one not to use is reactine, that is usually what I use when I'm not pregnant because it always works right away for me. Benadryl takes a bit longer to get rid of the allergies and then they make me very tired, lol.

My dr said it was ok to use a saline nasal spray and if necessary Zyrtec but you should ask your own dr to be sure, good luck!
