Q: Going to the chiropractor.

I have been going to the Chiropractor 2x a month for years. (He is my uncle & I trust him) I'm newly pregnant & from everything I've read it's safe. Just looking for anyone else's opinion. Thanks in advance.

Very safe! They don't always adjust pregnant women the ame way as nonpregnant women, but you can be adjusted. I went in every 4 weeks until late in my third trimester, then every two weeks. It made a huge difference!! No back pain! :)

Very safe. Recommended by the american medical association and shown in studies to shorten labor time, and less complications during labor. Go for it!

I just asked my OB about that and she stated she wasn't to found of it even though she knows people do it. She prefers I go to a massage therapist instead. I would ask your OB about it.

Perfectly safe :) I have an appointment myself this week and I'm currently 8 weeks pregnant. My chiropractor has a poster up with all the patient types he sees. Pregnant women are one of them and he routinely sees them. Good luck! It may help some with the pregnancy related backache and migraines!
