Has anyone felt any type of preg symptoms before their MC? Is it possible that you can have many and then MC?

Unfortunately it is possible to have every pregnancy symptom there is and still have a miscarriage. I suffered a mc in april when I had no pregnancy symptoms and another in sept with every pregnancy symptom in the book. The pregnancy symptoms even stuck around after the mc which made it even worse. Hope all goes well with you and baby.

Thankfully I'm ok, but still anxious about this pregnancy. Since I had such a good pregnancy with DD, my MC in January was a shock. Now that I'm pregnant again I'm just researching info and trying to put my mind at ease before the doc appt, but I realize whatever is going to happen will happen regardless. I have to just take care of myself and the it one day at a time.

When I had a MC, I was 13 weeks so I knew by that point all symptoms of MS, fatigue were supposed to dissipate. I had no cramping or any pain when I woke up bleeding the day of my MC. This pregnancy I had MS, fatigue up until the same time last time with my miscarriage but since I was being monitored carefully this time, I had no worries. Hopefully all is well with you and baby.

In my experience it depends. I've had two missed MC's. With the first one, I had zero symptoms from the start. With the second one, I had symptoms (nausea and morning sickness) right up to the morning of my d&c, when the baby had been gone for some time already.

Not wanting to scare you but you can suffer a miss miscarriage, you have all the pregnancy symptoms under the sun as i did but we found out at 12 weels that the baby had stopped developing around 8 weeks but my body didn't realise so went on as normal.
Symptoms mean very little when it comes to predicting a healthy pregnancy, i am 26wks now and had exactly the same symptoms as my missed miscarriage at the start.

Yes it's possible.. I've had 3 miscarriages and am now 37 weeks.. All my symptoms were identical with the miscarriages and healthy pregnancy. Cramping, bloating, diarrhoea, hyperemesis (severe vomiting resulting in significant weight loss and lots of hospital trips for fluids)
