Q: 37 Weeks & 2 with 2nd baby

Have had upset tummy for 2 days with sore stomach and lower back pain. Increased cervical mucus. This is my 2nd baby and is very diff to first time round. Baby is extremely low down and engaged. So much pressure on bladder etc. I have my weekly obgyn app tmrw but just wondering on others experiences with their 2nd and if this is a sign things are starting to move.

Lower back pain and baby being engaged are considered pre-labor signs, yes, but they can last for weeks before the actual birth...however, I would say you're definitely on your way! Congrats & good luck on your big day!
