Yes, I had that throughout my 1st 2 trimesters...my OB told me to take Melatonin and it has been a LIFESAVER!!! I sleep great now, minus the restroom breaks at night, but I'm able to fall right back to sleep with ease! GL!!!

My midwife said if I am waking up very early and not able to go back to sleep it is because I am hungry. Try to have some snacks by the bed that you can eat as soon as you wake up....it might help you get back to sleep. Good luck!

Yes! You are not alone. I specifically remember being 13 weeks and feeling the same way. I work full time and have 5 other children (ages 8-17) and I kept thinking "ugh I don't remember this part about being pregnant.."
I can tell you about week 16, 17 a nice change will occur. You will start sleeping a little better, you'll use the bathroom not as often ( in the middle of the night anyway lol) , nausea slows down and or stops. Things get better. Enjoy months 4-7! Usually by the time the 8th and 9th month come around its a whole new ball game. It's sooo worth it in the end! Hang in there sweetie!

Yes I've been very unsettled since the beginning with vivid dreams and interrupted sleep. I'm lucky though as I'm not working now so am having a sleep during the day also or when ever I'm tired. I'm finding now it's the needing to pee all through the night that's interfering with my sleep cycle. I'm up at least 3x in the night. I am going to bed early though. I'm not really sure what to suggest but it's definitely a common problem in pregnancy which will get worse as we get bigger and more uncomfortable and needing to pee even more. Just try and get as much sleep as possible and cat nap when ever you can. I know between the vivid dreams and peeing and a husband snoring it kinda sucks ah LOL but all worth it in the end. I'm 13.3 weeks too x GL
