I had some cramping last week during my 19th week and prior to that as well. Most likely it is growing pains... uterus is stretching to accommodate a growing baby! Feel better

Google round ligament pain, our right on track for that to start happening now, its most likely nothing

It's probably just the baby growing and things stretching and expanding. If your worried and it doesn't feel normal. Call your medical person and ask for an ultrasound for peace of mind. You normally know yourself if things don't feel quite right. But if your not in pain and not bleeding it's probably as I said earlier. X
