I agree with StickyBean. Most of us came here from the sister site once we had our BFPs. They have great graphs and charts that can show you when to expect bfps and symptoms.
It takes about 6 to 9 days after ovulation for a fertilised egg to travel down the womb implant. Until it implants your body has no clue your even pregnant so it's very unlikely that the two are linked but like has already been said. Everyone is different.

To also answer your question I've only had frequent peeing once pregnant or with a urine infection but everyone is different, best of luck in becoming pregnant. ;-) baby dust to you x
