Thank you for the quick responses! :-) it's always nice to know you're not alone. I will have to try those shakes. :-)

I feel ya. Zofran didn't do much for me either. It helped a couple times then I started puking that up too. Tried to sip water when I could, and I found that those nutritional shakes (I like Boost but Ensure is another good one) went down pretty good and helped me regain all the nutrition that I'd been missing for weeks. Best of luck

I feel your pain... I had the same issue and was terrified that my baby wasn't getting enough and that I was dehydrated. I didn't have to pee very often because I wasn't drinking enough fluids, but the thought of drinking anything (even water) turned my stomach. I'd sit at my desk with a big bottle of water and it would be full at the end of the day. For me it got better around the 12 week point.
I found that sipping small amounts of flat ginger ale stayed down OK, as did Popsicles. I also tried gatorade's and other sports drinks periodically as well when things were staying down better. Eating a few crackers first and then sipping liquids also helped sometimes.
I know some women freeze ice chips to suck on as well but never tried that.
Good luck!
