I spotted on and off until 20 weeks with my current pregnancy, at first it was a subchorionic hematoma which resolved on it's own. However that had disappeared I continued to spot for no obvious reason. It was very scary and had me concerned I was going to lose the baby as well as I had had 4 MC prior to this pregnancy. I took it easy and am currently 36 weeks expecting a boy. I will also advise that my sister had spotting as well with her last pregnancy and each time it was discovered that she had a bacterial infection each time, so that might be worth looking into. Otherwise, as long as the baby is growing correctly and you keep seeing a healthy heart beat you should still have hope.

I spotted off and on with my son until 13 weeks. As long as you don't have cramping and the spotting isn't bright red.

I would get your progesterone levels checked. It's the cause of a lot of early losses. Did they see some little blood pockets etc on the ultrasound? Some woman do have a lot of spotting in early pregnancy and things are fine. Did they actually speak to you about your ultrasound and go through it with you and the heart rate etc. Best of luck I'll pray for you for a successful pregnancy. Take Care x

There are actually 2 types of implantation bleeding. One early when the egg burrows into the uterine lining and the other comes around7-9 or even 10 weeks when the placenta starts to grow into the uterine lining. The second one can last for a while and may come and go as it is the stretching and growth of the placenta taking over for the baby. Not sure if this is what your experiencing but I had this off and on until 11 wks. The best way it was put is that the uterus is just sensitive and taking a beating so to say. Fingers crossed your bean stays sticky. I know the fear of what your going through and nothing anyone says makes it easier. Best wishes!

No mention of anything like that. The yolk sac is still very visible so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Did the u/s tech or doctor mention a subchorionic bleed? It can cause some spotting to occur long past initial implantation, but is almost always harmless to the baby and they frequently either go away on their own or "bleed out" and go away.
