From what I understand, spotting at that stage is normal if it doesn't go beyond spotting. As the baby grows bigger and burrows in, some of the uterus lining tends to become dislodged which leads to light spotting so don't worry. And like Sianny said, it could also be due to having some couple time.
I believe you are fine but please see your doctor if it continues or increases.

Football girl is right. Both of those things are just as common a symptom as morning sickness in first trimester pregnancy. But it's always a good idea to monitor it and speak with your Dr to ease your mind fully.
I, like many women, had the cramps off and on in my first trimester and the mild spotting can be anything from enjoying some 'couple' time with your partner, exercising or just one of those things as so much extra blood is rushing to that area that sometimes the tiny little vessels can burst.
Relax if you can x

Personally, I wouldn't worry, but I'd just keep my eye on things. I remember I cramped on and off during the first trimester and have had discharge the entire pregnancy. Do yourself (and baby) a favor and relax! I spotted for a few hours towards the end of week 7 and all is well :)
