I also forgot to mention I too did BBT charting. And like everyone else has kind of mentioned I got pregnant when we were weren't even trying. I was taking my herbs and charting to try and get everything back to normal after a couple of miscarriages, and then next thing I knew I saw a temp spike in my bbt chart and then a few days later got a positive....

i know it may sound "cliche" but i was TTC for a year and then we decided to gve it a break and BAM next cycle i got pregnant. I think the stress and pressure play havoc with your hormones and body, so try and relax and it'll happen eventually. Good Luck.

I actually only tried for 2 months before conceiving this time. I took alot of different herbs and vitamins. I've been taking my prenatals for about a year but I was also taking vitamin E, Magnesium and calcium, and then for the first half of my cycle I would take Vitex, Royal Jelly, & Dong quai, and then after I ovulated I would stick with just the vitamins. I also had my husband take zinc, vit E, and maca which really enhances sperm quality he also takes a Mens life force multi everyday. Also before ovulation this time I conceived I did a castor oil pack over my uterus/ovaries. this was also a very helpful website which I used as a reference at times http://natural-fertility-info.com

I think mine was charting and deep relaxation lol because I ttced for 6 months then nothing so I bought some hpts, opks and supplements to use for the next cycle which would be month 8. I ended up only using the hpt because I concieved on my break cyle lol when making love wasn't a chore nor was it planned. There is also a sister site called countdowntopregnancy.com and they have awesome tools that you can use online to track your cyle, aid your charting, track your symptoms and lots of support from other ttcers. Goodluck and baby dust to you.

I used a bbt chart. I didnt really write anything down, I just knew once I had a temp spike to get busy! I also put a pillow under my butt when we were finished and out my legs up against the wall. I kind of looked like an L. lol. I got pregnant my first month trying, doing it this way.
