I had the same problem. I found drinking flat ginger ale helped, as did Popsicles and ice chips.

I know your pain :( try either fruit mixed coconut water (or plain if you like it) or gatorade for alternative hydration. I can't keep water down at all and my OB has me drinking gatorade lol drink what agrees with you, don't force yourself to drink something not agreeing. Coconut water (not milk) is extremely good for hydration, even better than water according to some studies. It's worth a try :) good luck and hang in there. I'm still waiting for my morning sickness to settle down into second tri :(

Between your two postings you talk about having a hard time holding things down and also being achy, it's possible you have a bug! I'm just over 26wks n I couldn't get comfortable last night no matter which way I turned, it was terrible! Hope you feel better!

I had to disguise my water when I had MS as I couldn't drink hardly anything. I mixed it with sugar free lemonade (the fizzy 7up kind) eventually I could mix it with OJ but couldn't drink it alone till well into the second tri. Try watering down drinks you can keep down, experiment with amounts and unfortunately the taste will just have to be ignored.
I hope you find something that works for you, feel better soon. X
