Q: Is it normal for my pregnancy symptoms to ebb and flow?

Some days, I feel nauseous, others I don't. Some days, my nipples hurt, the next day my entire breast hurts and other days they aren't sore, but sensitive. Some days, I have cravings and aversions, and some days it's just the aversions. I'm paranoid of not having the normal symptoms because we've had so many losses and have tried for 2 years. I'm especially worried that I've had no morning sickness. I've had nausea, but no vomiting except for 2 days (not consecutively). Is anyone else experiencing similar symptoms? Should I worry that some days they aren't as intense as others or non existent at some points?

I'm 7wks & having the same issues. Last week i was super worried that I was experiencing another miscarriage. I hit 7wks & became dizzy, sick to my stomach. & cramps for the past few day. I know it's still very soon & I'm still nervous, but am much more hopeful. I will pray that the both of us have healthy pregnancies.

It's entirely normal! Hormones fluctuate, so symptoms do the same. You also shouldn't worry about the symptoms you do have and those you don't.... this is my third pregnancy and I've never experienced morning sickness at all! In fact, I barely get any symptoms at all. I understand your paranoia caused by the losses though, but hang in there!
