Q: Pain and pressure in my bottom

I'm 33w3d and for the last week or so I've had a lot of pressure and some pain in my bottom, like I need to have a bowel movement. I'm not constipated and having regular movements. In addition, that last 3 days I've had some intense low back pain. I have two NST's a weeks and none have shown any signs of contractions. This is my third pregnancy and I've not felt this before. My first child I was induced BC of pre-e which ended in c section and she was a tiny thing, and my 2nd was breech the whole time. So idk if this is normal. I've read it could be just her engaging into my pelvis more or that it could be signs of early/preterm labor. So does this sound normal? Should I be worried?

Also sounds like baby could have "dropped."

Yes I am 36 weeks and definitely feeling the pressure in my bottoms. More frequent bowel movements and sometimes I feel like I need to go but don't do anything. I see my midwife next week but my guess is that baby is engaging into my pelvis. I am also feeling sharp pain in my cervix every now and again.

Sounds like baby is favoring being back to back with you. I had it for the final weeks 3 (i went to 40) and most of labour with my son.
Babies are supposed to face your butt or at least move about but when they pop into engaged (which they can pop out of again many times before the big day) the wrong way round its horrid. All my pain was in my back because babies head is on a nerve and also rather than rub my cervix his head rubbed my butt. Very very uncomfortable.
