Q: Very early pregnancy with endometriosis

So I have endo and I am four weeks pregnant. I'm having cramps and sharpish pains and fullness and just can't get comfortable. Is it just my uterus stretching/normal pregnancy pains? I can't sleep and no matter how I lie it's painful. Can I take panadol? This is my first pregnancy

Yes panadol is safe during pregnancy. I went to ER the other week and they gave me panadol a senior Obgyn. Don't take it like candy but once in a blue moon is safe x2 tablets. My pain was so bad I was taken to hospital by ambulance at 17 weeks and the 2 panadol tablets worked great that were given to me at the hospital. Babies fine. GL
