I had horrible metal mouth and it made my nausea worse it was awful, the only thing that helped me was ginger, ginger tea, flat ginger ale, anything ginger I could find and lemon seemed to help too, lemon candy and lemonade. The ginger helps calm my stomach and gave me the most relief from that disgusting metal taste that made me feel like I was salivating like some starved dog. What to expect website has some other tips I am going to try this time around since the more options I have the better, here is the link,

Good luck to you, just know that mine seemed to go away before 16 weeks last time and fingers crossed for this time too!

I drink iced tea and that helps me. You can get a caffeine-free version if you like. Drinking water all day can be annoying and tasteless, I know! But don't quit drinking fluids, until you find something you like you just need to choke something down. It is dangerous for both of you to be dehydrated.
