We saw the sac at 5 weeks with both of my pregnancies. Hopefully you will see something at the next appointment. Fingers crossed for you.

Well there are a lot better of variables and possibilities. You hcg is about where is should be for you dates but the range of normal is actually pretty huge so maybe you are as far along as you thought or maybe the machine she used isn't a powerful one, if it was a portable unit they are pretty crappy. I was 6w5days and had to go to hospital for cramping and bleeding and they couldn't find a heartbeat or anything in the emerg portable machine but when I came back the next day to get a proper scan in the imaging department it was clear as day. And my hcg was like yours. You never know, I would make sure that your hcg is increasing and get another scan at a place that specializes in it, it's scary how many doctors aren't trained to actually use a u/s machine but own one and use it in office. I wouldn't make any decisions before a truly high quality scan. But unless mentioned I don't see anything indicating ectopic pregnancy, try not to stress, best wishes.

I don't know. I had a sac at 5 weeks and a heartbeat at 7 weeks. I don't think that every pregnancy is the same. Your hcg numbers are much higher than mine were and yours are in the normal range so that is a positive. Good luck to you.
