I have the sonoline b and I am almost 16 weeks. Sometimes I still have a little trouble finding the baby depending on what position they are in. If baby is right up against the front wall of my uterus it's super easy to find but sometimes I think the baby hides back by my spine somewhere lol. Sometimes I find it almost right away and other times it takes me 5-10 minutes. Try looking right in line with your belly button all the way down at your hair line or even maybe lower and then slowing move a little right or a little left in little tiny circles. Early on you might have to angle the probe and point it under your pubic bone.

I just got mine yesterday, I'm 12 weeks and 5 days and I have to hold the probe really low down and usually let it sit for a min before it will detect the heartbeat. I think 9 weeks is probably just too early, just keep trying!

I watched a YouTube video at 8 weeks to see how/where other moms were having success and it totally helped guide me. I did have to have patience because at that stage the baby is so small you literally have to be right over it to hear a heartbeat. If you're off at all, it turns very frustrating. Good luck, hope you hear what you're listening for soon!!

I found mine around 10 weeks. I probably could have found it earlier, but I was searching too high. The baby is so tiny at 9 weeks. Try below your pubic bone and press kind of hard. You will probably be able to hear it soon.

I heard mine for the first time at 9weeks, but I also had at doppler specifically designed to detect the HB early. If your probe is a 2Mhz probe (more common than the 3MHz) then you may not be able to detect it until 12 weeks. I'd check once a week for a few min until you can find it. Don't freak out yet. It's still pretty early. But keep trying because you may get lucky with baby and probe in just the right position.

Most at-home dopplers can't detect a heartbeat until at least 12 weeks, so don't be nervous at all. Few more weeks and with a little hunting around and patience you should be able to hear it. I heard mine right around 12wks. They are fun though:)
