Q: Has anyone had brownish spotting during early pregnancy and everything went to be okay?

I'm 6wks and a couple of days. And Iv been having this brownish spotting since a couple of days after finding out I'm pregnant. At first it was with cramps. But not really anymore. But has been on and off. It's not a lot but sometimes it gets on my underwear. It had stopped last week for 3 full days and nausea really started to hit me hard which till today it still is. But last week sat I went to the er because I started to spot again. They checked it out and everything looked okay. They even found a heartbeat!!! And I was so happy! But the brownish spotting hasn't stopped. The reason I went in its to rule out an eptopic pregnancy. But nope the baby is in my uterus. I'm just so worried and sad I just want to have another good pregnancy. Last May I had a mc.but that was different as soon as I started to spot bright red it never stopped just got worse! So idk what's going on with this one? What is that brownish spotting? It really still can't be implantation bleeding?!

I spotted with my son about 3 different times during my first trimester and everything turned out to be ok. I would call your doctor to ease your nerves... maybe they can get you in for a scan to make sure everything is ok. My doctor told me with my son just to take it easy... I pretty much put myself on bedrest when I wasn't at work. I stopped working out and doing anything strenuous... I don't know if that really helped, but I made it full term. I'll bet everything is ok :)

I spotted with this pregnancy off and on until 13 weeks. Dr said it was probably baby implanting/ the placenta forming and growing. Was told the as long as it didn't turn red and there was no clotting i am fine.i am 37 weeks now. Ik its really scarey and its hard to not worry about it but try to distract yourself if you can. I found exercise made it worse so I took it easy until the second trimester.
