Q: Joint Pain from Swelling?

I am almost 36 weeks with my fourth. I have had lots of swelling and it has caused carpel tunnel and bad joint pain in my feet, knees and hands. Is there anything I can take for it? Or is tylenol about my only option? I take two mile walks every day and drink lots of water to discourage the swelling but its just not working.

I'm not gonna be the one to tell you not to exercise, but the two-mile walk jumped off the page to me as a definite contributing factor to your swelling. On the days I work(waitressing) where I'm on my feet, my swelling is noticeable worse(35w2d) than on my days off. I drink a lot of water also but on those days I swell no matter what. Think it's just part of the package deal at this point;) Tylenol is about it, unless your doc prescribes you something for pain, but ibuprofen, Aleve, naproxen or other anti-inflammatory meds are dangerous for baby. Well it's almost over anyways! :)
