I did too. I didn't take a test until the day my period was due, but I had some spotting the night before so I was all upset that I was out that round. Turned out it was very light spotting, didn't last longer than a couple of hours and got BFP the next morning!

I did. I had three BFPs at 11 DPO, and then had brown spotting at 14 DPO. I freaked out because I have a history of miscarriages and made an appointment with my primary care. I was told that it's very normal to have some spotting around the time you'd usually have your period. Mine only lasted a day and a half, and was really only present when I used the bathroom.
Most of what I found online said that doctors believe that it's likely a bit of blood left from the fetus implanting that just takes a bit of time to work itself out through the vagina.
Good luck, and congratulations :)
