My baby was head down at 28 weeks but my midwife warned me about her flipping into a breech position...and sure enough...she did flip when I went for my 30 week check up. I did some exercises to help her turn to the head down position (spinningbabies.com) and she turned to face down around 31 weeks and when I went for my 32 week check...she was in a head down position and my midwife told me that she will not flip into breech position now as there's very minimal space. And sure enough...she's still head down...engaged.

With my son he turned head down at 27 weeks and stayed that way. Currently my daughter is head down, it's been about a week. I'm almost 29 wks. My dr said its fine, keep track of how you're feeling and babies movement. No need to worry. They'll check on baby at each visit, which should be every two weeks now.

I had an OB scan at 25 weeks and my girl is head down. That's where you want them. All good

My boy has been head down since at least 26 weeks. Up until delivery, it's always possible they flip and move around, but in all likelihood, according to my doctor, it's unlikely they'll go breech if they're already head down so close to their due date. Good luck!

My sister in law is pregnant and is due any day now and her baby has been heads down since 30 weeks. The dr said it was fine as long as you can feel some movement.
