I prefer James Ellis myself. :)

Would Harry be short for something like Harold or Harrison? Or would it just be Harry?

I'm assuming these are family names? I like the name James a lot. It was my great grandma's surname and then my grandpa's middle before my uncle and brother's first names. I don't particularly like the name Harry, but if it is special to you, as in a dear loved one's name, I'd go for it.
