I'm 25 weeks as well, and my LMP date was September 2nd. I DO know when I conceived as I was tracking my cycle, and it was Sept. 13th, so I can say nearly with certainty, that it's the Sept 14th date for you.

I 100% agree. Is say Sept. The doctors knew my dates exactly as I was monitored. I had my last AF July 21st and ovulated roughly 2 weeks later I think it was CD 14 or 15 and then I had my 1st + test at 9dpo. I'm 31w2d and due 27 April. So yes I think Sept for you also. :-)

Conception dates are hard to figure out - even with a regular schedule - as sperm can live for a few days waiting for an egg. It's more confusing too because when they say that you are 25 weeks along, you've really only been pregnant for around 23 weeks - they usually start counting on what would have been the first day of your last period, or about 2 weeks before you likely conceived depending on the length of your cycles.
I'm 30 weeks 2 days along and we likely conceived this baby around August 9th (I was tracking my cycles and had a positive home ovulation prediction kit result that day. We were actively trying so got busy frequently in the days leading up to and afterwards). I have a regular 27 day cycle.
Based on that, I'd say it is probably more likely that you conceived in September (just going by 5 weeks from when we conceived is September 13th).
I'm not a doctor though! So you might want to ask your GP to backtrack your dates for you.
Good luck!
