Q: Please help

I went into the ER today because of some mild cramping (that has since gone away). They did blood work and an ultrasound but I didn't get to see it. It has been 9 weeks and 4 days since my last period. I had an hcg test on 2/5/2015 and it was 4414, today it was just 15955, That means it's doubling every 10 days or so and they said the baby measured at 6 weeks 4 days with no heart beat. This is my third consecutive pregnancy since June 2014 both ended in miscarriage. I'm not hurting or bleeding and my symptoms have just gotten worse in the last few days. I just don't know what to make of any of this. Has any one experienced any thing similar? Good or bad. I just want to know what to expect.

Sorry this is a loss. A missed m/c where no bleeding has occurred. It is extremely difficult and I'm very sorry you have to experience this.
I know it's no comfort right now but I've had 4 losses in 12mths 3 after seeing Heartbeats and 3 d&C surgeries to remove them and now 31w preg. Have faith sweetie you will get through this. If you need support where all here. X

I'm so sorry for your loss. I've had 2missed miscarriages - both times the losses were discovered at a routine ultrasound.

The 1st time, I was given 3 options - to wait and miscarry naturally, to take misoprostol to speed things up naturally, or to have a d&c surgery. I chose the misoprostol because it had been 3 weeks since we lost the baby and they weren't sure when it would start naturally. The misoprostol failed and I ended up having a d&c. The second time we went straight for the d&c option. We were referred to a fertility specialist after the second loss and during the testing they discovered that I had developed Asherman's syndrome (it's scarring of the uterus from the d&c surgeries). I had to have a third surgery to fix the adhesions before we could TTC again

It's a very personal choice how you proceed. Please discuss all your options (& their potential complications) with your doctor. You can message me if you want to talk to someone who's been throug
