I agree with Calvingirl! I had period like cramps up until 10 weeks. While it may seem scary, it is totally normal!

Totally normal. I knew I was pregnant before the BFP because my uterus just felt "full", like I was going to start any minute, but I didn't. I also had mild cramping for weeks - probably till nearly 9 wks pregnant. Dr. said to me, if you aren't spotting bright red blood or having severe cramping, you're fine. It's just the uterus expanding and protecting its little occupant.

Some cramping can be perfectly normal in early pregnancy. I don't think you should be worried as long as there is no spotting or red blood. :)

Do you have an appointment with your doctor to confirm your pregnancy? They can order a blood draw to measure your hcg levels and put your mind at ease.

Good luck!
