Q: Severe Cramps

I left work half day yesterday as I had severe pain and tightness above my pelvic bone and went doctors. I feel like they just fob me off when I go there. She tells me it's normal and makes me feel stupid but it doesn't feel normal to me. I know I'm worrying but it's hard not to and its only natural I suppose.
The uncomfortable pain has been here since yesterday morning and I don't know what to think. It's like bad period cramps and I'm still getting a sharp cervical/vagina pain too which stops me from doing what im doing and makes me jump every time it happens it's like I'm being Stabbed up there :(. Im 8 and half weeks and feel so exhausted.. I can't stop crying cos I don't know what's going on. I'm an emotional wreck!! I don't remember any of this with my son 9 years ago. Does any have any ideas of what I should do? It just doesn't feel right.. Am I losing the baby I've wanted for so long? :(

Just an update*

I had a scan and blood tests done today. My hcg level was 222,000 and my progesterone level 75. Saw my precious Lil bean with its heart beating away, it's head, body and Lil bum. So pleased my cramping was "normal" has put my mind at ease 100%.. so excited :)

If your doctor/OB won't help you. Go to the ER. You usually know your own body if something doesn't feel quite right. Take Care x
