DONT USE A HEATING PAD!! You are still too early to see anything on an ultrasound until about 6weeks+. Cramping could just be the burrowing of the embryo still implanting deeper into the uterine lining. I wouldn't be surprised if you saw some dark spotting in the next couple of days from implantation. No need to stress! Just keep your self hydrated and eat well. Cramping could be due to dehydration too. Best of luck!

What date was the first day of your last period? If you are only 4-5 weeks along it's common to not see anything as the gestational sac is verrrrry tiny!

HCG bloods are your only confirmation at the moment to confirm a pregnwncy. You are too early for an u/s at 3w6d you would not even see a gestational sac. As said below. Go back after 6weeks. Gl

Big fat positive there really is no way to know if your going to miscarry pain can be normal and so can bleeding you may not be far enough along to see anything on ultrasound your best bet is to take a deep breath stress isn't good for you or your possible baby.... give your self a week or 2 for another ultrasound by then they should be able to see a yolk sac, fetal pole and or heart beat

If you are just getting a BFP, you will not be able to see anything on the ultrasound.
