Q: Low rising HCG

The results for my beta quants were 2592 and then only 3608 2 days later. I was called in for an immediate ultrasound to rule out an ectopic pregnancy & they found a fetal pole & yolk sac measuring 5 weeks 1 day in my uterus (not ectopic) and deemed me safe to go home after radiologist carefully reviewed the ultrasound results and told me the doctor would call to follow up. The doctor hasn't followed up and I'm waiting through the weekend. Can it be normal for hcg to double closer to 4 days at this count and still end up being a healthy pregnancy? Any advice would be helpful! Thanks.

The higher the numbers get, the longer they take to double. If you saw a fetal pole and gs, then you will most likely see a HB next ultrasound.

Your number are fine, they do start to slow down. At 5w1d your lucky to see the foetal pole, a lot only see a gestational sac or a gestational sac and a yolk sac. By 6w you should see that HB or just after. I would be very happy if I was you what was seen on the ultrasound. :-)
