Q: Girl variations of Michael

We found out a couple weeks ago that we are expecting a little girl. We've started looking at names and I absolutely love Emma but middle names have been a problem. Unfortunately, my grandfather just told me that his cancer is spreading through his body and he's dying. We don't know how long the doctors think he has left, but I want my baby girl's name to honor him. His name is Michael, so I'm trying to find a variation for a girl that is still close and goes with Emma as a first name. Thanks girls!

whats wrong with Michael? i know a little girl with the middle name Tyler. shouldn't matter if its a boys name or girls name if you're just honouring a loved one. i think Emma Michael is pretty cute!

I like MrsZero's comment.. Michaela will honor him dearly.. such a sweet name.. I know exactly how you feel though.. my partner and I are doing the same thing.. If we have a girl her middle name will be Kay after his nan and if a boy will be ronnie after my grandad who I miss dearly.. I hope your grandad isn't suffering.. bless you all xx
