Q: MERCURY ON FLUORESCENT TUBE BULB

Our janitor accidentally broke the fluorescent tube bulb in our office hallway. i opened my office door to check what happened and to my surprise i saw the tube bulb broke and i freaked out cause i know that theres mercury in it.. im 10 weeks pregnant, do i need to be worried? accdg to my doctor, theres no need to be worried.. but i just cant help it :( need advise pls
