Q: Menstral like cramping and lower back pain again at 27 wks

A few days ago i was admitted into the hospital for contractions and i dialatef 1 cm i was basically going into premature labor. My water hasnt broken so they put me on mag and a shot to stop the contractions and 2 rounds of a steriod shot to help mature babys lungs in case i did end up delivering him early they monitored me for 24 hrs and sent me home with strict pelvic rest and modified bed rest. today im feelimg the same thing i felt when i went in a few days ago but with contractions infrequent and spaced out the 1st time they were coming 2-4 mins apart the baby is on my pelvic area dead on my cervix could that be why im having lower back pain and menstral like cramping?
