Q: Wondering if I should bring the tissue that I passed on Friday to my Dr appointment tomorrow morning

While I was at work Thursday night and into Friday morning I was bleeding some. It was dark red like maroon colored. Well checked while in the shower once I was home to see if it had stopped and had a piece of tissue come out. Which had me freaking out and I burst into tears. Called my Dr's office and they had me go get my blood drawn right away and rushed the order on it. As of today I'm 8 weeks. I'm hoping the little bean is as stubborn as I am and still firmly in place.

I hope all is well with you and the baby <3
Doctors in my area won't do testing until the third miscarriage , and like what stickybean said, they will do a d&c to get the tissue for testing.
Again, my best wishes to you and baby. I know it is an absolutely terrifying situation to be in!

They won't test tissue unless your've had 3 miscarrages and have a d&c well that's in my country and how is was with me. After I had 4 late losses and 3 d&c's they sent the tissue away to be analysted for reason as to why the miscarrages keep occurring. Normal at your stage they would do 2 blood draws to see if they're rising or an early scan at 8 weeks would be the better option to see what's happening. Wishing you all the best
