First one while shopping which lasted 20 minutes but from what I'd read they are only supposed to last a few mins but suppose everyone is different! Thanks for your advice ladies I'm a first time mum so always googling things which isn't always a good thing

I had them every day from about 21 weeks until I had my son with my last pregnancy. Make sure you are well hydrated and also make sure you're getting enough electrolytes so you're not flushing them all from your system.

Yep. I also had them from 20w and still having them at 33 weeks. Drink lots of water, it helps.

I had them basically from 20w til the end. Hopefully it's not as persistent for you as it was for me! Mine were mostly triggered by bending. I was working and had to sweep/mop the floor at work every night and I would have really painful BH contractions for about 20 minutes after I was done.
