Q: Braxton hicks?

Can't remember what they feel like??.. can any one enlighten me?
I keep feeling a tightness on my left hand side.. feels like a hard tight ball in my stomach and everything tenses up around it?..

I was told I had low blood pressure and need blood tests on Monday. . Is it normal to have braxton hicks now or do I need to start taking it easy? This pregnancy has been so difficult compared to 9 years ago..

Thanks ladies.. appreciate any advice..

Yes, it is normal to have BH at your point in pregnancy and they will continue until you go into labor. Drinking lots of water will help not make them as frequent or as intense. I am 35 weeks now and get them quite often as I hear it is normal during the last part of pregnancy for them to increase in frequency and strength.
