Q: Opinions on traveling to Panama City Beat during my 5th month.

We have a family trip planned for then end of August to go to Panama City Beach Fla. I'm wondering if the 16 hr drive is exactly safe or healthy.

safe, yes... comfortable no! I moved across the country when I was 6 months pregnant, and it was a bugger. I have a couple of tips for traveling that long...

1. make sure you get out of the car every couple of hrs, walk around and let the baby adjust.
2. If its hot make sure to snack and drink alot of water so that you dont get sick
3. Pack some pillows to tuck in areas that need extra cushion. It can become really uncomfortable when your pregnant
4. Relax! your on vacation! :) Good luck!
