Q: Got a Big Fat Positive at 10dpo

Hi All,

I have had severe vomiting since 5dpo, is this a sign of a multiple pregnancy? Got my positive pregnancy test this morning at just 3 week and 3 days pregnant.

This pregnancy was pretty similar for me. I was sick almost immediately after ovulation and got my BFP at 8dpo. It is just one baby for me.

Thank you All,

With my boy I only found out I'm pregnant at 6 weeks, wasn't vomiting or anything. That is why I was thinking maybe twins.. But only time will tell, thank you all!!!!

Hi hun.. congratulations!! I had BFPs around that time too.. it my mean that you ovulated earlier than you thought and that's why it came up so strong however there is a possibility of multiple but unfortunately we all have that dreaded wait until we see our baby/babies.. I had a strong positive and no sickness hun x good luck :)

Not necessarily. Sounds like you might have high HCG though which could be a sign of multiples, but also occurs with singleton pregnancies. Doctors don't actually know for sure what causes morning sickness and why it affects some pregnancies worse than others.
Congrats on your BFP and hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months (without too much vomiting lol!)
