Q: Right side sharp pain, is this normal?!

I am five weeks exactly tomorrow. I was at the gym today and experienced a slight sharp pain in my right side of my lower abdomen. It seemed to pass within the 30 mins I was on the treadmill. Trying not to be a worrywart over this! Hoping its normal?

I would say that it is completely normal. Your Uterus is already starting to grow and getting ready to stretch even more. The Uterine ligaments (especially the one on the right side) can cause you pain even when you aren't moving about. It doesn't take much to irritate it, just simply bending, twisting, or even coughing/sneezing can cause pain.

I had similar pains the first few weeks and they were all on my right side. They went away after a few weeks.

I'm not sure what this is but I got it when while walking my dog a few times. If I took a deep breath it went away and would sometimes come back. I know this isn't much help but letting you know it happened to me too.
