Q: Third degree perineal tear healing.

Is it normal to feel sudden pulls down there or feel like there's a 10 ton load there's an after 4 months after delivering?

I had a third degree tear and I can say my perenium felt completely back to normal after 6 weeks.. if you're still feeling discomfort at 4 months you should definitely bring it up to your Dr!
