Q: 29+1 weeks lower back, pelvic bone and stomach aches

I know I'm probably worrying over nothing. But my back ache and pelvic bone has become more painful in the last two days.. and I keep getting braxton hicks.. tightening atleast 5x an hour.. I feel sick and don't have any appetite at all over the last week or so.. I'm in agony today!! I just feel a bit nervous and anxious.. what does it all mean.. obviously I have 10weeks to go but is my body telling me to rest or is it labour?

Thank you ladies.. I'm pleased I am not alone in this. It's a horrible feeling in my pelvic area. I literally feel like I've bruised my lady area.. All the inside of my thighs hurt like crazy too.. Thank you for easing my mind. Think I'll just take it one day at a time at the moment :(

Definitely rest as much as you can. Some women, myself included, will experience contractions brought about by even light physical activity in the second trimester. I avoid stairs like the plague after about 24 weeks as I'll have contractions for several minutes after climbing even a small flight.

I am just over 30 weeks and have started to notice I am becoming a lot more uncomfortable as well. BH have started, although mine aren't as frequent as yours. I feel crampy my lower tummy, nothing severe, but just enough that you know it is there and can't ignore it. I think it is because baby is starting to run out of room and is starting to press harder into the pelvis, and judging from my frequent "lightning crotch" the head is resting closer to the cervix as well.

This is my first baby so I can't say what it feels like before you go into labor, but I thought I would let you know things have definitely gotten more uncomfortable for me as well and it started right around the same time. :)
