Q: Possible miscarriage or viable pregnancy?

I had a beta hcg done 3 days ago in the er when I was having very light brown spotting. My level was 346. They wanted me to repeat the beta friday and I did. My level was 75. I have not had any spotting since I was in the ER until this morning (sunday) and it only lasted a few hours. Is it possible that this pregnancy is still viable? Im 5 weeks and 6 days according to my lmp.

I'm sorry but that pregnancy is not viable. If your levels are going down then that means its a miscarriage. I'm sorry and If you need someone to talk to I'm here. I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks in January with my first pregnancy and it was horrible and very sad.

I'm so sorry. There is no way that a pregnancy can be viable once HCG levels and numbers decrease that is telling you that a miscarrage is happening. Very sorry for your loss. Take care and if you need support or to chat I've been through 4 late first tri miscarrages. It's not nice :-(
