When I had the ultrasound with my first born the doctor could not see anything but the sack. I was around 6 weeks. Sometimes you can ovulate later so typically you may be 5.6 weeks instead of 6.6. There is nothing you can do by worrying and it's just time to wait and see. Praying everything works out and that God gives you peace with whatever happens.

It could be too early to tell and everything could be fine or it could be a blighted ovum which I had which was discovered in January (basically your body thinks you're pregnant with the sac but no fetal pole development). At 6.6 you should see the pole clearly unless you are off on your ovulation date. I hope everything works out for you but just know that everything happens for a reason and just be thankful that you can get pregnant :).
