You are still really early and the uterus will most likely move up in a few weeks. I had an undiagnosed previa and i hemorrhaged at 34 weeks and had to have my son via emergency csection that day. With my daughter, I had a partial previa, but it resolved itself by 20 weeks.

I had placenta previa with my dd, though it was never modified as "complete" or "partial." In additional pelvic rest, my doctor was adamant that I restrict all activity (partial bed rest), meaning no exercising - even light walking - and no lifting anything heavier than a gallon of milk. This included my son and even my purse. She insisted that I scale back. It was rough, but I got through it with only one episode of spotting following a weekend where I went to the park, went put putting, and held my friend's baby while sitting down. She and the u/s tech gave me a good scolding and made me promise to do better and I did, for sure. It took several weeks, but it did correct itself and was well out of the way before I reached term and was able to deliver vaginally without incident.

Hello, I did not have complete placenta previa I did have partial though.Mine was fairly close to being complete though! They found the previa at my anatomy scan and I was on restricted activities/ no intercourse until 32 weeks when they did a repeat ultrasound and said it had resolved itself. I was always on the look out for bleeding and cramping, I cramped my entire pregnancy though which was super scary. I know that with the complete previa you are more at risk for having to have a C- Section Delivery. My doctor said that most previas resolve by 32 weeks and if they havent by then, then they are there to stay. Just try and relax and listen to everything the doctors tell you to do.
