Q: Is it normal to not be showing at 15 weeks?

This is my first pregnancy. I am 5'7" and my prepregnancy weight was 119. Is it normal for me to be 15 weeks and not showing yet?

With my first, I didn't show until I was 6 months, and then over the course of about a week I had a nice big baby bump. With my second, my hips spread rather quickly, so my pants didn't fit after about week 8, but I still didn't really "show" until about 20 weeks. It's perfectly normal to not be showing yet. Think about the women who didnt know that they were pregnant, and swear that they didn't show at all, the entire time!

For most it's normal not to show until about 5 or 6 months pregnant. lol It varies from woman to woman though.

I am a bigger than you, but still had a relatively flat stomach pre-pregnancy. Although at 23 weeks dh and I can most CERTAINLY tell that I am pregnant, I still have friends say I'm "not really showing" or when I tell them how far along I am, they look down at my stomach like I am lying! HAHA.

And if I wasn't slightly insecure about it as is, I had an acquaintance of my dh and I who I only see every month or two say, "You don't look pregnant at all! You are like a disgrace to all pregnant women." She said it in a joking manner but I had even worn a tighter shirt that day to show it off. LOL.

I keep having people tell me that I am sure to "pop" in the next few weeks, but as for dh and I, we think they are all crazy. I might have been overweight before, but I've never had a stomach like this haha. So, no worries! When we went for our 21 week ultrasound and check up, all of my measurements were perfectly normal, so only worry if your Dr thinks you are

Its totally normal. When I was pregnant with my first I didn't start showing until after 17ish weeks, but with my second I started showing a little after 15 weeks, I mean, I just sorta poped out all of a sudden between 15 and 16 weeks.

It is normal not to show yet. Ive read that you may start showing from 17-20 weeks, also it depends on your body type/height/weight. For taller women it may take a little longer and for shorter women they may show faster. I am 15 weeks as well and my height is 5'5" and pre-pregnancy weight 145lbs and as of yet I'm not showing. If anything I look bloated...haha.
