Q: Hip/lower back ache and discomfort...should I worry?

So it started this morning with some sharp needle like pains in my cervix area which I figure were Harrison kicking or punching. Then I started getting dull ache in my right hip that radiates to my lower back. He's been pretty active all morning so maybe its just him? My nurse will be here soon to administer my 17p shot so I will def bring it up to her but in the mean time any thoughts you ladies have? The ache isn't going away even if I lay down and the fact that it moves to my back has me worried.I'm also starting to feel a dull ache in my other hip and a bit in my lower ab but no tightening sensation or pressure.
23 weeks now and I'm 3 weeks away from where i was when i lost my son 3 years ago so im super anxious at this point :(

I felt every single contraction like a knife in my back, sometimes a bit in the hips. I never felt a single one in my belly or ever got that tightening sensation that everyone describes. It's possible that it could be contractions. I didn't expect them to feel like that at all. They were definitely timeable and at regular intervals though. If it's a constant ache/pain it's probably just pregnancy discomforts but if the ache seems to come and go regularly I would get checked out immediately.
