Try not to worry! I agree with the others that symptoms can come and go. I'm currently 13 weeks. . . I started to feel 'better' around my 9 week appointment and literally a few days later, was hit with terrible nausea up until around 11 weeks. The nausea started to subside shortly after that. and I was super nervous again that something was wrong but when I went in for 12 week appt. there the baby was- bouncing around, waving, and looked perfect. I'm sure everything is fine :)

My doctor did tell me that the placenta starts to take over around 9 weeks for some women. It won't fully take over for a few more weeks but just the small change can be enough to effect your symptoms or cause them to come and go more. I barely had any nausea during my first trimester and what I did have was so mild it was barely there. I did notice that right at 9 weeks it completely went away for me.

Mine started going away at 9 weeks exactly then 3 days later, it came back rearing it's ugly head with vengeance. Ugh... it came and went up to 15w4d for me this pregnancy. It is nice to have a break during the process!

I think you'll hear from many pregnant women that symptoms come and go. In my experience talking with others, that seems more common that being constantly sick. I didn't have very many early symptoms but any I did have and have had since don't usually stay around that long.

The placenta won't take over for a few more weeks, still. Some women will have those spells of disappearing symptoms and sometimes they'll return with a vengeance.
