Totally normal unfortunately. I had pain off and on for 6+ months after my son was born. The good news is that is doesn't always happen with subsequent pregnancies. With my 2nd, I had almost no pain after and none at all after 1 month.
You can contact your doc if it ever feels like infection at the site of the stitches or a vaginal infection in general. One of my first yeast infection symptoms is general swelling and pain. The itching comes much later.
Feel better mama!

Very normal! I'd have an ice pack handy so you can ice throughout the day when needed. Definitely being on your feet will bring back some pain for a while.
I still have this weird issue where it hurts every time I get aroused because I start swelling down there and one of my tears healed up weird so the skin pulls. =/

I am 3 1/2 months pp and still having some discomfort too, especially with sex or a difficult poo lol. Sorry tmi... I didn't tear at all so I can imagine it would be much worse if I had. Sometimes I still use a little dermaplast spray if it gets too sore.

Very Normal. It took me with my 1st almost 9 months not to feel any more discomfort... I had 20 stitches because he literally tore me to my a**hole. (sorry, but it is true) Ice packs and warm sitz bath along with Advil helped with the swelling. It even hurt to have sex.
