Q: 27 weeks- Miniscule amount of pink discharge.

So I went to the bathroom this morning; when I wiped there was a very TINY amount of redish-pink discharge.
I waited 20 minutes and checked again, nothing.
I'm not in any pain, baby girl is kicking like normal.
I'm just freaked out because this is literally the first time I've seen pink since my first and only pap/pelvic exam (which was at 12 weeks). I've also not had intercourse recently, so I know it's nothing like that.

Is this some how normal? Or at least nothing to worry about??

Ok. This is good to know.
I had an early miscarriage last year, so I've been freaking out at every little thing this whole pregnancy.
Everything seems to be okay now.
I'll definitely mention it at my next appointment.
Thank you!!

It is definitely normal and can be caused by a number of things, even a strained bowel movement. I would also mention it to your OB as it can sometimes be caused by things such as placenta previa (although, that would typically be found at your anatomy scan).

Completely normal. I had some bright spotting all throughout this pregnancy and my ob says it's normal. As always, it's worth mentioning to your doctor.
