Q: Why do I keep throwing up after I take my prenatals ?

Every time I take my prenatal even if I eat before . What should I do ? I don't want my baby to go without nutrience .

Try switching to a different brand of prenatals and eat and drink plenty of water before and after. Try eating a few crackers after as well to see if that helps.
